Step 1. In Mozilla Thunderbird, from the Tools menu select Account Settings.
Step 2. Select Email account, and then click Next.
Step 3. Enter your name and e-mail address.
Step 4. Select POP as your incoming server.
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Select 'Use Global Inbox(store mail in Local Folders)'
Click Next.
Step 5. Enter your e-mail address for the Incoming User Name, and Outgoing User Name. Click Next.
Step 6. Enter a name for your email account and click Next.
Step 7. Verify your account information and click Finish.
Step 8. In the Account Settings window, select 'Server settings'.
Server Name : mail.yourdomain.com
User Name: your full email address
Port: 110
Check mark 'Leave messages on server'
Step 9. In the Account Settings window, select 'Outgoing Server (SMTP)'.
Type Server Name: mail.yourdomain.com (If the SMTP does not work, please contact with your ISP to get their own SMTP.)
port: 25
Select Username and password.
Username: Your full email address
Use secure connection: No
It will ask for your password the first time you try to send mail. Click OK.
